Inside the Build Shop

Every home we build starts on the same shop floor, and it stays indoors from framing to final walkthrough. No weather delays, no warped lumber, no mystery moisture hiding behind the drywall.
The rhythm is steady: frame, sheath, insulate, rough-in, close up, finish. Cabinetry is built to the exact wall it will hang on, which is why our corners land tight and the drawers glide the way they should.
By the time a home leaves the shop, the same three people have touched it from start to finish. That continuity is the whole reason we build the way we do.
